Reminder: Clarification for quoting existing Association groups on direct basis
As a reminder, requests for a direct quote for a currently enrolled Asuris Association group must be received by the 15th of the month prior to the intended effective date. Also, we will generate proposals only on the Association group's anniversary date.
In order to receive a quote, we require the following information:
- Current search letter or broker of record letter, signed by the group
- A completed annual certification form
- Request to Quote, including the group census and current association group name and number
Any proposals generated as a New Quote through Agent Center for existing business, including Association groups, will not be honored.
