Online WSHIP SHQ unavailable starting Feb. 20
Last year the WSHIP Board approved a revised Standard Health Questionnaire that is significantly different from the previous version. In addition, a considerable number of new online standards were required for implementation of the new SHQ on our Web site. The new SHQ and online standards must be implemented in time for applications for April 1, 2008, effective dates.
Due to the extent of the work required for the online SHQ, we will have to remove it from our Web site starting Feb. 20, 2008. Applicants can download and print a PDF version of the updated SHQ or request to have it mailed to them.
Applicants will continue to be able to complete and submit their online application for coverage during this time.
We expect the updated online SHQ to be available in August 2008. We are working to complete the implementation of the new SHQ as quickly as possible and will keep you updated on our progress.
