03/27/2008  Ratings portion of member feedback tool now available

In January we told you about the new member feedback tool available on myAsuris.com. This survey-based tool, which debuted this month, allows members to post comments and ratings about their providers—and to view the feedback that others have posted. More than 10,000 provider reviews have already been posted.

As the first part of a two-step launch, we are now providing the numerical ratings portion of the survey results to members. In April we will expand the feature to make comments accessible as well. Both elements are currently available to providers as part of a feature preview period.

We are excited to launch this tool as, in a recent study conducted by Asuris' parent company, 94% of respondents indicated that having access to information about other individuals' experiences was important to their health care decision-making. We expect that, as the market changes, we will implement updates to this feature to ensure that helpful information is available when our members are making health care choices.

To access provider ratings go to My Navigator > Providers > Provider Search. To view provider feedback simply click on the provider's name. To leave feedback on a recent doctor's visit go to My Navigator > View Claims.
