Results of Employer Satisfaction and Physician and Office Manager Satisfaction surveys
The Asuris Corporate Research Department's primary function is to perform detailed analyses and reporting that support our corporate initiatives. We wanted to share with you their recent report on employer, physician and office manager satisfaction as of third quarter 2007.
Employer Satisfaction:
- Employers continue to be satisfied with the service they receive from Asuris.
- Overall, 91% of employers are satisfied with Asuris.
- Ninety percent of employers would recommend Asuris to another employer.
- When it comes to deciding which health plan is best for their company, employers are placing much more emphasis on premium in the decision-making process.
Physician and Office Manager Satisfaction:
- Overall satisfaction and loyalty among both office managers/clinic administrators and physicians/specialists have increased somewhat since the 2004 baseline survey.
- Physician and office manager satisfaction with our efforts to educate members about their coverage has shown significant improvement over 2005 and 2006.
- Satisfaction with the Customer Service department has improved significantly.
- Most clinic administrators and office managers rate Asuris favorably for claims processing attributes.
