Online enrollment & ebilling is available to groups enrolled on Motivate, Embark or Vantage medical plans or dental plans Aspire, Enhance and Achieve. All designed with more flexibility and convenience in mind so that managing your employees’ health coverage is easier and more time-efficient than ever. 

For administrators:

• Two convenient ways to enroll online:
• Group Administrator Enrollment:  Enroll your employees and their dependents through the online system
• Employee Self-enrollment: Allow your employees to enroll themselves through myAsuris.com
• More control: You determine who has access, as well as their level of access  
• Forms library  - download a wide variety of enrollment forms that you can print and submit by fax or mail
• Employer review/approval of all eligibility changes submitted by employees

Employer Based Reporting is available to large groups with 100 or more enrolled employees.  These reports will provide you with data on your health care package and how your employees are using it with three different report categories.   Financial reports will help you understand how your company’s health care dollars are being spent.  Clinical reports list the kinds of care your group receives and who provides it.  This information will tell you what kinds of benefits your employees are using.  Enrollment reports help you sort and organize information about the people on your plan.

If you have historically received reports from us in the mail or via e-mail you’ll find the same information here with additional features that will help you get the most out of your data. 

• Summary and Detail reports – Sometimes an overview is enough, but online reporting allows you to dig deep right where you want to.
• Downloads – We work the way you do: in Adobe® PDF or Microsoft® Excel formats.
• Printing – easily print any report that you are viewing
• Archives – You have immediate access to 6 months of historical data. That makes it easy to track changes and understand how your group is doing. 
• Customize – get your data the way you want it.  It is easy to run custom versions of your reports   – you can even run several customized versions of the same report filtering by employee populations and/or benefit selections.  Run them once or have them generated automatically each month.
