How to search within the PDF newsletter:
You can search within a PDF document using the Find
command. To use the command:
- Open the document by clicking on the document link.
- Click the binoculars icon in the Adobe Acrobat
Reader toolbar, located inside your browser window.
- Enter the text you are searching for in the "Find
What" box.
Select any of the find options, and then click "Find".
Acrobat Reader finds the first occurrence of the
word or number.
- Click the binoculars with the curved arrow in the
Adobe Acrobat Reader toolbar to find additional occurrences
of the code you entered.
Printing sections of PDF documents:
Some files are large and contain many graphics, therefore,
we recommend you do not print the entire document,
but rather select the individual pages or sections
to be printed. You can specify a range of pages to
print in the Print dialog box:
- Click on the printer icon in the Adobe Acrobat
Reader toolbar, located inside your browser window.
- Specify the printer, paper range, number of copies
and other options, then click OK.
