Embark and Vantage are two new products developed by Asuris to encourage our members to take a more active, participatory role in their health care decisions.

Identifying members
You may identify Embark and Vantage members by their unique member cards featuring a variety of cityscapes, graphic designs or a snowboarder.

Filing claims
Submit Embark and Vantage claims just as you do for any other Asuris product.

New claim vouchers
Watch for our newly designed claims vouchers for these members.
