If you have 51 or more enrolled employees, we offer a self-funded option (also called administrative services only or ASO). In the past, this option was only available to groups with 100 or more employees. With the self-funded option, the employer, instead of the insurance carrier, bears the responsibility for all claims costs.
You can also select a level-funding option. A great choice for groups new to self-funding, this option sets up a monthly payment arrangement that helps employers manage cash flow.
