We redesigned our explanation of benefits statements (EOBs) so they're easier than ever to read and understand. Your employees can quickly see who got care, who provided care, what they owe and how much their benefits covered.
And to make it even simpler and more convenient, employees can go paperless by signing in to asuris.com. and selecting the paperless option. They can see their claims information 24/7 there or on our mobile app.
The newly designed EOBs are broken down into three main sections:
- Explanation of benefits summary: This section shows the total amounts related to the claim or claims processed during the date range. If there are dependents, these amounts include their claims as well.
- Benefit status: This set of easy-to-read graphs shows the employee's benefit status so far this year, including progress toward meeting deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums.
Care details: Shows a breakdown of costs specific to each service received.
Remind your employees of the benefits of paperless access to EOBs and other medical documents:
- It's convenient: Online/mobile EOBs make it easy to access claims information anytime, anywhere.
- It's secure: Claims information is delivered safely and securely.
