We’re excited to share a selection of our product enhancements coming to our Medicare Advantage plans in 2022. On all PPO plans, most out-of-network services will carry a 30% coinsurance. This is just one of many features that will continue to be offered in 2022.

Prescription drug coverage

• All Tier 1 preferred generic drugs have a $0 copay at preferred retail or mail-order pharmacies.
• Select plans have a $0 copay for three-month fills on Tier 2 generic drugs from a mail-order pharmacy.
• Select insulins are capped at $35 per month through the coverage gap. These insulins are not subject to the deductible and can be obtained from any retail or mail-order pharmacy.

• Select plans include supplemental coverage for lifestyle drugs. Folic Acid, B12, and vitamin D have a $0 copay at preferred retail or mail-order pharmacies.

Dental

• All plans cover diagnostic dental exams and X-rays, as well as preventive dental services such as routine exams, cleanings and topical fluoride.

• Comprehensive dental coverage for restorative dental services (fillings, crowns, bridges, etc.) is embedded in the plan or available for an additional monthly premium of $24 per month.

Diagnostic radiology

• Diagnostic radiology switched from a coinsurance to a copay on select plans.

• Diagnostic mammography is a $0 copay on all plans.

Home safety and support

• Members have up to a $100 annual allowance for bathroom safety devices.

• Great Call Lively Mobile Plus, a medical alert device, is included on all Asuris Medicare Advantage plans. This all-in-one medical alert device has fast call response time, the most reliable coverage and enhanced GPS technology, so highly trained agents can confirm location and get users the help they need, 24/7. Members can take advantage of this benefit by calling Great Call at 1-800-358-9586, TTY: 711.

We’re enhancing our member website to help members understand their benefits, track their health care costs and sign up for paperless delivery of health care statements.

• Understanding benefits: We’re breaking out the most looked-up information into an at-a-glance view on the member's benefits page, enabling members to find their plan’s coverage levels and cost-share details.
• Tracking health care costs: We're displaying exactly how much of a benefit each member has used and how their claims track toward deductibles and annual out-of-pocket maximums.

• Paperless preference: Many documents sent to members, such as Annual Notice of Change and EOBs, are available in digital form. Now members can elect to discontinue paper versions of these.

The paperless option is now live; the new benefits view and cost-tracking features will be implemented in Q3 2021. Please share these enhancements with your Medicare customers.
