We put a team in place to quickly answer your questions about small-group business. And it looks like it worked out well—especially during open enrollment! Thank you for calling, emailing and using this team. During the busy open-enrollment period, this regional health plan call center was pleased to respond to 13,880 calls and 19,809 emails with quick answers and useful information.
Now that open enrollment is over, the Small Group Business Service Center will go back to its regular hours: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday:
