We’re pleased to announce a new enrollment platform is available for all Medicare enrollment applications. We’re using Connecture, the industry leader in Medicare shopping, quoting, enrollment and retention technologies. Our new platform retains many aspects you currently use while adding important features, such as a digital Scope of Appointment, short forms and access through Producer Center.
As you use the new enrollment platform, you can anticipate the following improvements:
- Access through Producer Center instead of a separate login
- Better stability and no loss of agent information
- Electronic Scope of Appointment
- Ability to digitally send complete and partially complete applications to your clients
- Better experience with drug and provider look-up tools

To comply with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations, we require producers to be certified annually to sell Asuris Medicare Advantage and Part D prescription drug plans. To sell and receive commissions for 2023 Medicare Advantage and Part D, you must recertify. You also need to recertify to receive renewal commissions on existing Medicare Advantage and Part D business.
You’ll receive an email invitation to complete your 2023 certification in early July, and you must complete the training by September 15, 2022, to be prepared for AEP. If you completed either the AHIP or NAHU Core, Compliance and Fraud, Waste and Abuse (FWA) certification training, we’ll accept that.
