Asuris Motivate addresses stress in the workplace

Is workplace stress a concern for your clients? A recent survey on workplace stress conducted by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) reported some compelling statistics from workers about the prevalence of workplace stress. Most notable in this study, over 80% of the respondents indicated that they felt stress on the job and nearly half of these respondents indicated that they needed help managing their stress.*

When it comes to workplace stress, there seem to be more questions than answers for employers. Do your clients have a way to understand their employees’ stress levels and the extent to which it affects productivity?
