Effective Oct. 16, 2021, Willamette Dental out of network for commercial members

Willamette Dental notified us that it plans to end network contracts with several health plans in order to better manage patient volume. As a result, Willamette Dental will no longer be a dental provider option for our commercial members in Idaho, Oregon and Washington starting October 16, 2021.

Affected members were notified by mail the week of September 6, 2021, to ensure they’re fully informed and supported during this unexpected network change. Members who have questions or would like help finding an in-network provider can call us at the number on the back of their member ID card. TTY users should call 711. Our hours are 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. Pacific time Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pacific time on Saturdays. They can also search online at asuris.com for in-network providers.
